Return Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
Because many products are made to order, custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
