Digital products
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately, digital products—including ebooks, guides, journals, templates, and other downloadable educational materials—are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical products: damaged, defective, or incorrect items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing or color preferences, ordering the wrong item, or other buyer's remorse. We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact mandi@mandicruzmedia.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will review the issue and provide instructions for any approved return by mail. Do not return an item without authorization.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item. If an incorrect item was sent, Mandi Cruz Media will cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to process.
