Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our apparel, mugs, and accessories are made to order through trusted production partners.

Because each item is custom-made, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier but generally range from:

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Printed Books & Journals

Printed journals may ship separately from other items if fulfilled by a different production partner.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

After purchase, you will receive instructions for accessing your digital product.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order, destination, and shipping method selected.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
