Digital Products
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital products, ebooks, guides, journals, templates, and educational materials are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Apparel returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags (if applicable).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product you receive is incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Printed Journals & Physical Products
If a physical journal or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
